We help specialists and experts to impart their specialty and experience.

Our mission is to leverage the social resources and community networks offered by international and local industry, government, and academic organizations to promote the development, evaluation, analysis of competencies, diagnosis, and other related services for learners of all ages, educators, and their families in the area of behavior and cognitive ability. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

1. Developing education in behavioral and cognitive abilities, including the use of emerging technologies to design and develop teaching materials and aids, and establishing an international certification mechanism.

2. Conducting practical seminars, educational training, workshops, lectures, and competitions related to behavior and cognitive development. 

3. Providing international training for educators in behavior and cognitive development. 

4. Administering international certification and examination for behavior and cognitive development professionals to improve their skills. 

5. Assisting members in legally acquiring various hardware and software resources for promotion purposes. 

6. Evaluating and promoting domestic and international resources related to behavioral and cognitive development and providing reports and recommendations. 

7. Conducting publicity activities, consultations, and services, and raising public awareness of behavioral and cognitive development or barriers. 

8. Recognizing and recommending individuals or organizations that have contributed to behavioral and cognitive development education. 

9. Establishing scholarships to reward students, members, individuals, or organizations that have outstanding performance in promotion, development, or research. 

10. Accepting government entrustment to handle various businesses related to the purpose of the association. 

11. Strengthening connections and cooperation with friendly international organizations and developing the professional field of behavior and cognitive development education. 

12. Developing behavioral and cognitive education and helping members fight for their legitimate rights and interests. 

13. Other matters related to the mission and principles of the association.
